Die-Cutting

Die cutting is the process of cutting plastic sheet into custom shapes and sizes. Here at Futurex, die-cutting is generally used for flat applications of consistent size and may also be used to create creases, perforations, and slits.

Futurex is capable of die cutting the following types of plastic sheets:

• PE with a gauge range from .016” to .110”
• PP with a gauge range from .016” to .055”
• Thin gauge ABS and Styrene sheets
